1.彎沉測定。試驗路鋪筑后,用BZZ-100型標準汽車、5.4m長桿彎沉儀,每隔50m測定混凝路面彎沉值。

3.按理論計算,在舊路上(δ=0.330mm)加鋪10cm瀝青混凝土,計算彎沉到達0.24mm,增加一層土工格柵計算彎沉值能達到0.14mm,相當于增加了8cm厚的瀝青混凝土,實測數據表明>0.10mm的點占2.8%;≥0.15mm的點占2%,≥0.30點占1.1%。以上數據表明在瀝青混凝土中加設土工格柵作用明顯。

塑料土工格柵縱向搭接應依據瀝青攤鋪方向將前一幅置于后一幅之上。固定玻纖格柵時,不能將釘子釘于玻纖上,也不能用錘子直接敲擊玻纖,固定后如發現釘子斷裂或鐵皮松動,則應予以重新固定。玻纖格柵鋪設固定終了后,需用輕型膠輥壓路機適度碾壓穩定,使格柵與原路面粘結結實,并嚴厲控制車輛在其上行駛,嚴禁車輛在格柵層上急轉向、急剎車和傾倒混合腳料,以避免對塑料土工格柵形成損傷或毀壞。
